My name is Karen and as well as having quite a menagerie of animals myself, I have also studied at Bicton Agricultural College and gained a distinction in Animal Management. This involved studying a range of animals including domestic pets/horses/farm animals/reptiles and also wild animals. The areas covered were animal handling and husbandry/ behaviour / health / nutrition / breed development / welfare and business management.

So as well as the academic qualification I also have a lot of hands on experience and of course I am fully insured.
